This is SWR's latest version of
the Baby Blue combo amp. It's about 160 watts into 4 ohms, which is
the impedance of this cabinet. At one time, I did try it with the
older original Baby Blue I speakers. As smooth as they sounded, I
just don't think they'd cut through as well as the new Baby Blue
speakers, which this setup has.
I later got a sibling for this amp; it's the Baby Blue Monitor. Just
like the Baby Blue II, but without the amp section. Together it's
more than twice a great thing. As with my Modulus, I've never heard a
better sounding amp. Not super loud, but it's the best at what it does.
